How to Enroll

Schedule a Tour

A teacher or manager will give you a tour of our centre and answer any of your questions. Call us at 604-372-3556 or fill out the form below to arrange a visit.

Receive Registration Package

Before you leave your tour, we will provide you with a registration package containing all the forms and information you need to complete enrollment.

Submit Registration

Return the completed registration form along with the non-refundable $125 registration fee, void cheques, and the $250 deposit to confirm your child's placement.

Confirm Your Spot

Once your registration is received, you will be given confirmation of your child's placement. If all slots are filled, your child will be placed on our waiting list.

Tuition & Financial Policies

We have been opted into the BC Government's ChildCareBC fee reduction initiative program. Parents may be eligible for grants to significantly reduce monthly tuition. All payments are due on the first of each month. A late fee of $5.00 per day applies to overdue payments. Contact us for current fee schedules.

Financial Policies

1A non-refundable registration fee of $125.00 is required at the time of registration.
2A $250.00 deposit is required by cash or cheque.
3All payments must be made on the first of each month.
4There is no exemption from fees for absences due to illness or vacation.
5The deposit is refundable only if written notice of departure is provided at least 2 months (60–62 days) in advance, given by the 1st of the month before departure.
6A $30 fee applies for NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques.
7Canadian taxpayers can claim up to $8,000 per child under age 7 as a tax credit. Our school provides tax receipts for tuition paid in or before November.
